Our mission and aims
Equally Well exists to promote ethnic diversity across physical activity and well being, and is the only organisation in the UK to do so.
Equally Well has three aims: To raise awareness and understanding of the needs of black and minority ethnic communities within the health sector, in order to change attitudes and increase participation in physical activity
To empower individuals and communities to play a part in this change, and achieve their full potential through being active
To advise and support policy-makers and delivery bodies to be inclusive of all under-represented groups, drawing on our experience with black and minority ethnic communities
